• Structured and choreographed the runway layout in collaboration with the operations team and Executive Producer 

• Facilitated the creation and administration of seating charts, runway lineup, and final exhibition layout 

• Worked directly with the Executive Producer to implement a smooth transition between the runway and the final exhibition

• Required a highly detail-oriented focus from the inception of the project till its finalization
